We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to request a full refund.

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimates or earrings may be final sale (unless defective).
2. Our 6-Month Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our collection. Corvine Mode provides an industry-leading 6-Month Warranty against manufacturing defects.

What is covered: Issues with stitching, hardware (zippers/buttons), or fabric integrity that occur within 180 days of purchase.

Our Resolution: If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a complimentary replacement of the same item. If the item is out of stock, you may choose a different piece of equal value or receive store credit.

Note: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care.
3. How to Initiate a Request
To start a return or a warranty claim, simply follow these steps:

Details: Briefly explain the reason for the return. For warranty claims, please attach clear photos of the defect.
Our concierge team will respond within 24–48 business hours with detailed instructions and the return shipping address.
4. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our New York facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: Your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
5. Shipping Costs

Defective Items: If you are exercising your 6-month warranty or received the wrong item, Corvine Mode covers 100% of the return shipping costs.

Standard Returns: For returns based on personal preference (style, fit, or color), the customer is responsible for the return shipping postage.
